Acceptable Use Policy

PicToVideo ("Platform," "we," "us") is committed to providing a safe, legal, and responsible AI content generation service. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through the Platform, and sets forth our content standards, moderation mechanisms, reporting processes, and enforcement measures. All users of the Platform must comply with this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all of the following content forms:

  • Text: AI-generated text, prompts, and instructions.
  • Images: AI-generated or edited images and illustrations.
  • Audio/Video: AI-synthesized voice, music, and video.
  • User Input (Prompt): Prompts and instructions submitted by users.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

The Platform explicitly prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

  • Pornographic / NSFW Content.
  • Violence / Gore.
  • Hate Speech.
  • Child Unsafe Content (CSAM).
  • Deepfakes / Impersonation (Deepfake).
  • Copyright / Trademark Infringement.

2.1 Absolute Prohibition — Zero Tolerance

The following content will be acted upon immediately upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities:

  • Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content promoting or facilitating terrorism, extremism, and mass violence.
  • Technical guidance for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals.

2.2 General Prohibited Conduct

  • Generating or spreading disinformation or rumors.
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Infringing on intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy.
  • Deceiving users with AI content by claiming it is human-created.
  • Mass-generating spam or fraudulent content.
  • Using jailbreak prompts to bypass platform safety mechanisms.

3. Content Moderation

The Platform employs a multi-layered moderation system: "Automated Moderation + Human Review + Periodic Audits."

3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real time by safety filters.

  • Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent recognition for prompts.
  • Output filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content.
  • Usage pattern analysis: Monitoring abnormal API call behavior.
  • Safety model used: Waffo Moderation API (Content Moderation service).

3.2 Human Review

  • Auto-flagged content enters a human review queue.
  • User-reported content is manually reviewed by the Trust & Safety team.
  • Reviewers must complete content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements.

4. Reporting Mechanism

4.1 Reportable Situations

  • Content or behavior that violates this Policy's content standards.
  • Severe violations involving child safety, terrorism, etc.
  • AI impersonation or infringement of one's own rights.

4.2 Reporting Principles

  • Confidentiality: Reporter identity is kept strictly confidential.
  • Neutrality: All reports are reviewed independently and objectively.
  • Anti-abuse: Malicious or false reports will be logged and addressed.

5. Reporting Channels

When submitting a report, please provide: the URL or screenshot of the violating content, a description of the violation type, and your contact information (so we can provide feedback on the outcome).

8. Appeals

If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may submit an appeal within 7 days of receiving the notification:

  • Review method: Conducted by an independent reviewer who did not participate in the initial decision.

9. Transparency and Policy Changes

  • We regularly evaluate and optimize the accuracy of our content moderation system.
  • Major policy changes will be announced on the Platform at least 15 days in advance.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
