PicToVideo is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create video content from text, images, and other inputs. We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that generated videos will always meet your exact expectations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following prohibited content:

  • NSFW / Adult / Pornographic Content: Strictly prohibited. This includes any nudity, sexual suggestiveness, pornographic, or sexually explicit content in any form, whether photorealistic, anime, cartoon, or AI-generated.
  • Minor Protection: Generating any inappropriate content involving minors, or depicting minors in inappropriate contexts, is strictly prohibited.
  • Violence & Gore: Generating extreme violence, gore, torture, or terrorism-related content is prohibited.
  • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Generating hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other identity characteristics is prohibited.
  • Illegal Activities: Generating content related to drugs, weapons, human trafficking, money laundering, or other illegal activities is prohibited.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Generating content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
  • Disinformation & Fraud: Generating deepfakes, fake news, or content designed to deceive others is prohibited.
  • Privacy Violations: Generating content containing real individuals' faces, names, or other identifying information without consent is prohibited.

We use automated content moderation systems (including the Waffo Content Moderation API) to review all user inputs in real time. Accounts that violate this policy will be immediately suspended or terminated, paid fees will not be refunded, and we may report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Usage Guidelines

In addition to the prohibited content above, you also agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Use automated tools to make bulk requests to circumvent service limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.

7. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through purchase or subscription. Except as required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicToVideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
